Refund Policy

Pre-launch draft.

• Subscriptions: Cancellable any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for unused days.
• Top-ups: Unused credits are non-refundable but never expire as long as your account is active.
• Image packs: Non-refundable once any image has been generated against the pack.
• Plan downgrade: Unused-day value of the higher plan is converted to wallet credit.
• Chargebacks: A chargeback automatically suspends the workspace pending review.
