You may not use Vexta CMO to:

Promote content that violates Google Ads policies (illegal products, deceptive offers, etc.).
Run political advertising without proper authorization for your jurisdiction.
Scrape competitor data from sources where you don't have rights to do so.
Submit malicious or copyright-infringing creative.
Resell access to the platform under your own brand without an Agency tier license.
Reverse-engineer the service or attempt to exfiltrate other customers' data.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, credit forfeiture, and termination. We may report illegal use to law enforcement.
